In 1999 Jerry Brunetti was diagnosed with Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma and given 6 months to live. He did not submit to chemotherapy, but rather, developed his own unique dietary approach to enhance his immune system. In this informative video, Jerry shares his personal experiences and provides his recipe for healthy living. You will learn about the crucial importance of minerals, which foods to choose for your best health requirements and what to avoid. After viewing this video you’ll realize the remarkable value of food in building good foundations, and providing buffers, to keep your body healthy.
Topics of the second video include:
Topics include:
- The virtue of Cilantro or coriander in mopping up heavy metals in your system as it’s a very effective heavy metal chelator.
- The virtue of salicilic acid.
- Why eggs are so healthy.
- Coconut oil, an extremely healthy and healing oil.
- Why cholesterol isn’t bad of and by itself.
- Flax seed oil, a great source of omega 3 fatty acids.
- The trouble with grains and the benefits of fermented grain (sourdough bread)
- Good milk versus bad milk; hyper immune milk and raw milk versus pasteurized and homogenized milk
- Good things about butter.
- Good things about cholesterol.
- Good soy (=fermented soy), Bad soy (=non-fermented soy, such as soy milk).
- The virtue of selenium and iodine.
- Natural anti-cancerous compounds.

Medium chain triglycerides (MCTs) are medium-chain (6 to 12 carbons) fatty acid esters of glycerol.
MCTs passively diffuse from the GI tract to the portal system (longer fatty acids are absorbed into the lymphatic system) without requirement for modification like long chain fatty acids or very long chain fatty acids do. In addition MCTs do not require bile salts for digestion. Patients who have malnutrition or malabsorption syndromes are treated with MCTs because they do not require energy for absorption, utilization, or storage. Rich sources of MCTs include coconut oil and palm kernel oils and are also found in camphor tree drupes. The fatty acids found in MCTs are called medium chain fatty acids. The names of the medium chain fatty acids (and the corresponding number of carbons) found in MCTs are: caproic (C6), caprylic (C8), capric (C10) and lauric acid (C12). MCTs are composed of a glycerol backbone and three of these fatty acids. The approximate ratios of these fatty acids in commercial MCT products derived from coconut oil is 2(C6):55(C8):42(C10):1(C12).[1]
The milk fats of humans, dogs, and guinea pigs are largely made up of long chain fatty acids. The milk fats of cows, sheep, and goats are rich in short-chain acids. The milk fats of horses contain large amounts of medium chain fatty acids[2]
Throughout the years, some studies have shown that MCT’s can help in the process of excess calorie burning, weight loss. However, close to half of the calories in one’s diet would have to be from the MCT’s themselves. Therefore, consuming medium chain triglycerides in a regular diet may or may not be beneficial to weight loss; studies are still being conducted.[3]

Fermentation makes foods more nutritious, as well as delicious!
Microscopic organisms – our ancestors and allies – transform food and extend its usefulness. Fermentation is found throughout human cultures.
Hundreds of medical and scientific studies confirm what folklore has always known: Fermented foods help people stay healthy.
Many of your favorite foods and drinks are probably fermented. For instance: Bread, Cheese, Wine, Beer, Mead, Cider, Chocolate, Coffee, Tea, Pickles, Sauerkraut, Kimchi, Miso, Tempeh, Soy Sauce, Vinegar, Yogurt, Kefir, Kombucha.

Coconut Oil – The Healthiest Oil on Earth
By Brian Shilhavy
“Coconut oil is the healthiest oil on earth,” says Dr. Bruce Fife, a naturopathic doctor and the author of the book The Healing Miracles of Coconut Oil. Modern research seems to back up this bold statement. Once wrongly accused of increasing cholesterol levels, coconut oil is now actually being used by doctors in the treatment of a variety of disorders. Clinical studies have shown that coconut oil has anti-microbial and anti-viral properties, and is now even being used in treating AIDS patients. Studies conducted in the Philippines last year showed that coconut oil does indeed reduce the viral load in AIDS patients.
Lauric Acid: A Key Component to HealthLauric acid is a medium chain fatty acid which is abundant in coconut oil and is considered responsible for many of its health benefits. Coconut oil is about 50 percent lauric acid. The only other abundant source found in nature is in human breast milk.
Dr. Jon J. Kabara, PhD. and Professor Emeritus of Michigan State University, says, “Never before in the history of man is it so important to emphasize the value of lauric oils. The medium-chain fats in coconut oil are similar to fats in mother’s milk and have similar nutriceutical effects.”
Dr. Mary Enig, a nutritionist/biochemist and one of the world’s leading authorities on fats and oils, goes on to say, “Approximately 50 percent of the fatty acids in coconut fat are lauric acid. Lauric acid is a medium chain fatty acid, which has the additional beneficial function of being formed into monolaurin in the human or animal body. Monolaurin is the antiviral, antibacterial, and antiprotozoal monoglyceride used by the human or animal to destroy lipid coated viruses such as HIV, herpes, cytomegalovirus, influenza, various pathogenic bacteria including listeria monocytogenes and heliobacter pylori, and protozoa such as giardia lamblia. Some studies have also shown some antimicrobial effects of the free lauric acid.”
